Procedure:   We will evaluate the type of inspection that you request.  Paterno Home Inspection provides inspection services for one and two family dwellings, multi-family dwellings, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, co-ops, condominiums, office buildings, retail stores, warehouses, swimming pools, decks, roofs, etc.  After determining the scope and location of your project, we will quote you a price.  We will then schedule an inspection date.  We prefer that the purchaser be present during the inspection to learn about your new investment and to ask any questions.  After the inspection is completed, we will recap the findings and will answer any questions.  Everything we discuss pertaining to the inspection will be in the report.  Payment is due upon completion of inspection. You will then receive a detailed report via e-mail, fax or US mail.
